1. Who we are

2. What we collect, and why

We collect personal data only when you give it to us, for the specific purpose stated at the point of collection:

• Demo requests — name, work email, organisation, sector, and your description of stalled approvals. Purpose: to arrange and prepare the demo conversation you requested. Nothing else. Your details are not added to marketing lists.
• Direct email — whatever you include when writing to our published addresses. Purpose: answering you.
• Careers applications — your application materials. Purpose: evaluating your candidacy for the role you applied to.
• Analytics (only with consent) — aggregate usage of this site via privacy-respecting analytics. No tracking runs before you consent through the notice on this site; declining changes nothing about how the site works.
• Server logs — IP address and request metadata retained briefly by our hosting infrastructure for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we do not buy, rent, or sell personal data.

3. Consent and its withdrawal

Where processing rests on consent (analytics; optional communications), we ask before we act, in plain language, and you may withdraw as easily as you gave it: use the consent controls in the cookie notice, or write to hello@axiomminds.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.

4. Who we share data with

Only data processors necessary to run this website and respond to you: hosting and content delivery, form/webhook handling, email, and (with your consent) analytics. Each processes data on our instructions under contract. The current processor list is available on request from hello@axiomminds.ai. We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Where data lives

This website is served from infrastructure with an India edge presence; form submissions are stored in India-region services where available. Where a processor stores data outside India, we ensure transfers comply with the DPDP Act and applicable government notifications.

6. How long we keep it

• Demo requests and related correspondence: until the conversation concludes, and no longer than 24 months from last contact.
• Careers applications: 12 months from decision, unless you ask us to delete sooner or consent to longer retention.
• Analytics: aggregate only; no personal profiles are built.
• Server logs: rotated on infrastructure defaults, typically within 90 days.

When the purpose ends or you withdraw consent, we delete the data unless a legal obligation requires retention.

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act

As a data principal you may: request access to the personal data we hold about you and a summary of processing; request correction and updating; request erasure; nominate an individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, write to hello@axiomminds.ai with the subject "DPDP request". We verify identity before acting on a request.

8. The deletion path, documented

1. Email hello@axiomminds.ai with "Delete my data" from the address we hold (or provide equivalent verification).
2. We acknowledge within 72 hours and confirm the scope of data held.
3. We delete from live systems within 30 days, and from backups on their rotation cycle, and confirm completion to you in writing.

9. Grievance officer

We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Security

We apply reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the data we hold: encryption in transit, access on a need-to-know basis, security headers on this site, and no third-party scripts beyond consented analytics. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.

11. Children

This website is directed at enterprise professionals. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post changes here with a new version number and effective date. Material changes to how we process data collected under a previous version will be notified to affected data principals where required.
